The L-Series horizontal CNC lathe is our base model of turning center. Economically priced and highly efficient. The L-Series comes standard with a servo turret, hydraulic tail stock and belt driven spindle. Common options for the L-series include the addition of live tooling “LM” or upgrading to a built-in electric spindle “LQ”.
The integrated bed lowers the center height, improving machine rigidity. The main motor is relocated from outside the bed to inside the bed, effectively reducing the footprint.
The large through-hole spindle uses imported bearings with two-point support across the series. It has strong rigidity, making it suitable for both heavy cutting and precision machining.
The entire Series of lathes are equipped with servo turrets, offering fast turret indexing and reliable transmission components. The use of servo turrets enables synchronous tool changing during the machine’s return-to-zero process, enhancing production efficiency.
The stepped tailstock structure (with steel inserts) allows for convenient and reliable adjustments. The tailstock movement is driven by the carriage, and the quill extension and retraction are hydraulically driven and programmatically controlled.
