WARRANTY

Warranty Summary‍

At Haitian Precision USA, we provide a 12-month limited warranty on parts and labor for equipment manufactured by Ningbo Haitian, covering defects in material and workmanship from the date of delivery. This warranty is solely for the repair or replacement of defective components, subject to inspection and return of the part (or verification by authorized technicians). Wear parts, consumables, unauthorized modifications, relocation, or damage from misuse or “Acts of God” are expressly excluded. In the event of license or software misuse, we reserve the right to terminate usage and require return or destruction of copies. All replaced parts carry warranty coverage for the remainder of the original term or a minimum of 90 days.
